Okay, we've got you interested. What's the role?
We are looking for a full-time dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to develop and build relationships with prospects and grow our pipeline. We look for passionate and ambitious individuals who have a desire to move into a full Account Executive role within 12 months.
You will be joining a global team directly reporting to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
Articulate the Relevance AI business value proposition
Work closely with our sales team to generate pipeline and support the sales process
Qualify and initiate relationships with new leads
Outbound business development via phone, social media and e-mail
Follow-up on inbound leads
Product demonstrations via Zoom or other remote conferencing tools
Achieve sales targets
Collaborate on a daily basis with your colleagues including sales, marketing and product
What are we looking for?
6-12 months experience in B2B internal sales
Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
High level of self-motivation
Ability to pivot and be flexible
Comfortable working remotely from your own initiative
Evidence of working towards objectives and achieving goals
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent listener – listening to the prospect so they can respond appropriately

Experience selling SaaS solutions
